Peace Messenger?

Growing up, my priority was to avoid conflict as much as possible. I guess you could have called me an (emotionally) sensitive kid at some level. Yet I was simultaneously a tomboy and have had my share of scrapes, holes in my head, chopped fingers and the like.

Many countries I lived in were going through political chaos or had close neighbours with warring dictators. To me, the background tension, the prominent army presence and general crime was always very palpable, be it in Africa or Asia, which probably helped me appreciate the peacefulness and freedom of our yearly “home-leave” in Switzerland.

This experience of the contrast between external peace and conflict/tension turned into an awareness of inner tension and peace later in life.

As I much preferred peace, I went on a journey of discovery of how best to live in it.

Thankfully, I did learn a lot, applying what I found along the way and can honestly say that my internal life is immensely more enjoyable now. What would be even more fun is to be able to share my discoveries with you and help you open a window to another way of experiencing your life.

Growing up in Africa, studying in Europe and living in South-East and Central Asia exposed me to many different cultures, religions and languages, and I find it easy to relate to people from all walks of life.

Mostly, though, my life path has given me hands on experience of how much energy is available to us, when we don’t waste it on conflict, be it internal or external.

My current wish is to teach you how to start mastering your own life energy as I know deep in my bones that when someone lives from greater inner peace, then surely that will also translate into greater peace in the world.

Start your journey

out of your head and into your heart.
